Ultra-Lightweight Design
The first gear drive system with a size of less than 50mm, made of high-strength chrome-molybdenum alloy material—Exway's innovation never stops!The ground clearance is increased, boosting passability by 56%; the minimum size of wheels that can be used is reduced from 100mm to 70mm.
Warranty for 5000 kilometers
The gear precision and wear resistance far exceed those of plastic gears such as POM and PEEK, with a service life several times longer than plastic gears.Crafted from chrome-molybdenum alloy steel, the gears undergo professional gear grinding, quenching and tempering, plus surface carburizing processes—further enhancing their strength and service life.Any damage such as broken teeth or broken shafts within 10,000 kilometers is covered by a free warranty.
PS: Due to differences in personal usage and maintenance habits, rust and bearing damage caused by water ingress are not covered under the warranty.

Ultra Compatibility
Thanks to the ultra compact gear drive design and a complete pulley accessory system, this setup supports a wide range of wheels, allowing riders to experiment with different options. Compatible wheel sizes: 75–135 mm (including glow wheels, Cloudwheels, and all-season wheels).
Instructions
- The motor shaft extension length is shortened by 2mm, which is inconsistent with the original motor shaft extension length.
- The power assembly includes the new version 4240 motor.
- Irreversible damage will occur if used in wading conditions; please disassemble the gearbox for cleaning and maintenance.
- It is recommended to replace the grease every 2000km. Grease can also be refilled or replaced in advance if used in extreme road conditions, or if increased noise or resistance is felt.
- If the box body or anti-collision bar is severely deformed due to strong impact, contact after-sales service to replace the corresponding parts before reuse.
