Great service. Thought the board was coming from China and would take weeks. Instead, I ordered it on a Wednesday night and got it on Friday morning. It obviously came from the place in Sutton instead of China but that’s still a very prompt service. 1 and a half days 😀👍

Purchased the Exway Flex Pro V3 and all I can say is that its AWESOME! So far zero issues and just a blast to ride. I've been riding electric boards for over 20 years (originally got started with an Exkate) and this board is very stable and braking is clean and smooth. Really happy with the purchase!

Everything came as expected ! The Grip tape is great, and the new ESC worked but was stuck in beginner mode and I had to email the tech help to remove the restriction in the remote.(Thank You Tech Team!) I am sad that the original WAVE and RIOT app is no longer functional. I was sent a download file to restore the older app but could not get the link to work. It (The original Exway Wave app) is no longer available on Google Play. I currently have 2 Wave boards and the remaining only (2) working batteries of the (5) I purchased that still work. I would purchase some new batteries however, with no original app support, that option is closed for me. These have been great boards. I tell people about them as they are quite attractive. I will continue to share these boards with my friends until the batteries go flat. I direct people to the WAVE V2 if they are interested. Warm Regards! James Carter
first purchase I love how smooth the ride was compared to my wowgo v3 hub board. but now almost three months in. the vibration I am feeling under foot while riding is unbearable even when riding on smooth surfaces. I am trying to purchase new wheels to see if that's it but I feel it's something with the hub motor causing the heavy vibration ride. I wanted this to be my favorite board and at first it was but now I don't know ....it shouldn't be vibrating like this so soon after purchase

Good board the first remote stopped working after 1 update but i sended a mail with a video and they send a new one without any problems. The lights and turning signals etc work better than expexted so i am glad i choze exway
I have not yet installed the footrests been busy lately so yeah. Nothing to say about it sorry.

Didn't really have to use it because Exway is on point with deliveries, but it's nice to have the peace of mind, especially when you're spending $800+ on something.
Love this so far. I’m a bit smaller so it’s not as easy for me to ride. My husband and son love riding this. They are heavier and are able to maneuver the board easier. Still love it and would recommend.

I’m really impressed with this board! The ordering process was smooth, delivery was fast, and everything worked perfectly from start to finish. I use it mainly for commuting in the city, and it’s been absolutely great for that. It’s easy to handle, reliable, and makes getting around both fun and practical. I haven’t even dared to push it to full speed yet, but honestly, the hub motors already feel more than powerful enough for a regular rider like me 😄 Overall, I’m super happy with it and would definitely recommend it!

Very nice board! Came very well packet to germany. Nice for smooth carving. Try to imagine I m on a wave .only the App must improve for Android. I had to use the iPhone to connect the board.
